Abergele Garden Society

Cymdeithas Arddio Abergele

Our next meeting will be on 13th May 2024 & we will be welcoming  Jill Cawthray to talk to us.

She has a degree in Environmental Science  & has worked for the Field Study Council< Shropshire Wildlife Trust & taught Geography & the environment in several schools & colleges. All this enthusiasm for plants led to an advanced RHS Certificate. She & her husband also found that getting involved with chickens was addictive. They now run a business propergating plants organically & are extreemly knowledgable about hens of which they have many. She will talk to us on this occassion about "On the Shady Side" advice on how best to deal with shade in the garden.

At Abergele Garden Society everyone is welcome to come along to our talks - existing Society members, as well as anyone who just wants to find out a bit more

about gardening and gardens, and meet some like-minded, friendly people.  Come as a guest £3 .
